Prairie Berry Winery is located in the Black Hills of South Dakota, an area that until recently was not very well known for its vineyards or wineries. Most of the berries are native to South Dakota and come from local family farms and the nearby Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Almost all the fruit is hand-picked and delivered to the winery.
